why have i been so emotional lately
Why am I so emotional lately? It's been an intense year. In addition to a medical pandemic that affects everyone, it may seem that we also have a global emotional epidemic. The condition of the world is difficult to ignore. Regardless of their political affiliations, current health and state of employment, nothing feels stable. This brings one of the emotions. In the midst of global chaos, it triggers our emotions. And between collective chaos, individual lives continue with emotional drama and pain. We continue to experience the touching of aging, the pain of mortal disease, the ecstasy of childbirth, and all the emotions contained in the spectrum between life and death. We all experience a wide range of emotions – from anger, pain, anger, pain and frustration to happy moments mixed in. But perhaps we do not want to discuss happiness for fear of feeling that we do not have the right to experience joy, peace, serenity, pride, fun or gratitude. We can even. And what do we do? Reject the Serious Obstacles First, we discard the serious obstacles. There are many reasons for emotions and some are serious. Those can't be cured just by managing them. They may need medical intervention. So consider whether there is an underlying medical condition causing extreme emotional hardness. Other causes include and other poor health habits (e.g., diet and exercise deficiencies), and PTSD and others, including pain. Emotional triggers The possibilities are the remnants of emotional agitation, even if there is no disease or other serious threat. So what? It's time to consider our emotional triggers. We respond differently but there are some that are typical of many people. And with the intensity that happens in our world, multiple circumstances trigger us. Fear, insecurity, disapproval and loss of control are common emotional triggers. There are many additional triggers, from rejection and betrayal to loss of independence. But everything is related to what we value. Who are we and what are we stopping? Who wouldn't be emotional? At a time when everyone is restricted, who wouldn't feel a loss of control? And when the media show natural disasters of fire, floods and hurricanes destroying homes and habitat, is it not natural to be afraid? If we are not socializing in our typical patterns, shouldn't we expect to feel insecure when we can't connect with our friends and family? Each of these scenarios threatens an aspect of what we value individually and collectively. By paying attention to when we get angry and how it activates, we understand what we are afraid to lose. We are more afraid when we are threatened by what we value most of us. And in a time of uncertainty, you can feel that everything is under threat. So what do we do with those disconcerting emotions that come unpredictablely? Hierarchy of needs Our needs and our values are united. And when our needs are not met, it is difficult to respond to the needs of others in the way we prefer. We could intelligently want to respond to someone kindly or compassionately, but if we don't take care of each other first, it's very difficult and often impossible to think of the right words to say or actions to take. The five levels that we all need to finally self-realize, and also to extend to others. From basic needs to more emotional The basic level is basic physiological needs of food, water, warmth, rest, safety and security. The second level refers to the psychological needs of intimacy and relationships, and estimation, belonging and sense of realization. And the top level is the self-realization of reaching all potential that incorporates creativity. These levels do not necessarily work as a staircase, progressively ascending. Elements of each mixture and mixture. However this year, many individuals. Who wouldn't be emotional? Take Control Even if there are all the reasons to be emotional, you can still feel uncomfortable. Out-of-control expression of our feelings can cause real harm to relationships and disappoint us. As we have discovered, emotions are indications that we feel threatened. Taken too literally, we translate them into an immediate call to action and we can repent quickly. It is understandable to feel angry when we are threatened, but if we respond immediately by shouting at our friends, we can regret it later. Sometimes it seems that there is no proper exit. However, emotions will find a liberation. And it's not always an opportune unless it's directed. Not expressing our emotions can give us the but it does not lead us to feel better — to feel more happy and satisfied with our day and life. From emotional to inspiring Those same emotions, however, can be inspiring if we take the time to listen to them. When we discover what they trigger and why, we can more responsibly choose our answer. Many times, the answer may not be reacting. We can choose to recognize why we are angry and understand reason without feeling the need to scream. The reality is that we cannot see in the future. We have no control over everything. The objective-oriented approach that may have worked so well for us in the past may not be the appropriate approach now. And what is it? That's the question you should ask. And then it takes time to listen to his inner voice—his intuition—for the answers. Because the answer is what leads us to what everyone needs Personally as a community and globally The answer will not be the same for all of us because it varies according to our individual values, just as our emotional triggers vary. And here's some good news to keep up with it. The approaches that we apply to erase our emotions are the same ones that allow us to listen to our intuition. Activities such as meditation, exercise, magazine writing and contemplation allow us to tune our intuition. By understanding what we, and when threatened, can clearly see our triggers. But these solutions will bring you peace of mind in the midst of chaos, even if the world itself does not seem peaceful. Do you want to help clarify your values and align your life with them?
